It includes intelligent distribution, AGV, EMS system, power&free chain, tire roller line, three-dimensional warehouse, etc., realizing automatic and intelligent material distribution.
四.Adopt energy-saving, environmental protection painting, new technology, new equipment.
We adopt silane, powder, water-based paint and other environmental protection technology, and adopt advanced technologies such as gas infrared heating, robot or automatic spraying reciprocating machine, spray room circulation air, and bridge drying furnace to achieve green production.
五.Independent research and development of high-end equipment technology for industrial vehicle production and manufacturing.
The painting line adopts power&free chain and the trolley comes with metal two-dimensional code plate for automatic identification to realize accurate information transmission; the conveying line adopts sectional traction drive according to the process area and each single ring runs independently; the frame assembly uses the power&free chain of the painting line and combines with the lift and intelligent robot to realize automatic transfer and flexible assembly of painting.
六.Independent research and development of advanced industrial vehicle painting and assembly special equipment.
The frame painting is concentrated on line according to the color type, and through the air cache reverse order loop, the objects are automatically sorted to realize off line via order number. AGV is equipped with flexible tooling as the assembly platform of forklift chassis, realizing intelligent docking with chassis after painting. The tire roller distribution system is developed to realize the intelligent and unmanned tire distribution system.
